Prompt response and estimate from Bobby, the owner. Very reasonable price to install 2 ceiling fans, in comparison to Ace Handyman whose pricing is so far off the mark. Cole was our electrician and installer. He was on time and had all necessary tools and supplies. He was very personable, knowledgeable and left each work area clean. I would contract with BG Electric again. Highly recommend BG.

My technician was so kind and there was a (non-electrical) issue with the doorbell and he stayed until he fixed it which I felt was above and beyond since he was there for what I thought was an electric issue.

I had an emergency at my dad‘s house who is elderly with an outlet that almost started a fire. My dad was without his oxygen, mobile help, some lights, and his telephone. I called BG Electric and spoke with Bobby who was so accommodating and was able to send someone out right away. He said someone would be at my dad‘s house that same day at 11 and sure enough there was a knock on the door at exactly 11. The electricians name was Cole who was very knowledgeable, great communication and repaired the outlet and checked all other outlets. He fixed the problem and it did not cost my dad an arm and a leg. I highly, highly recommend this company. Excellent and I can see why they have five stars. Hands-down, the best. Thank you 🙏

Incredible experience from getting a quote to the work being performed! We had two wall sconces installed and they look beautiful, plus we were thrilled with the price. Bobby is phenomenal to work with but the technician he sent also did a fabulous job!

I called at 11am they answered‼️asked for information regarding problem.. sent text with estimated time of arrival! Prompt 2:30 on time! Gentlemen who arrived was professional!!!x’s 10 friendly ! Went right to work explaining everything as he went!!! FIXED PROBLEMS ‼️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company from the owner to the employee, COLE! Absolutely the best $ I’ve spent for trade services!!! To anyone who needs an electrician in their home or business we would strongly
recommend BG Electric. We’ve used their service numerous times and each time they were outstanding. A few things we really appreciated: The techs arrived on time, well dressed. They were always friendly and respectful. They were obviously well qualified to install or fix anything electric. Their pace was measured so that we felt confident that the things that were repaired or installed were safe in our home. Before leaving, they swept the floor and took the empty boxes and any debris to their truck. Any electrical work we need in the days to come will be done by BG Electric

Cole serviced our house in Ballston Spa for an oven outlet not working. Prompt response and good communication. He was transparent about the price and possible fixes giving me options. He was thorough and explained in laymen's terms how our electrical system worked. Highly recommended, we will definitely use BG Electric again. I don't know anything about electrical issues, but they made it easy to understand.
